How do you and your business contribute to the appeal of this neighbourhood?
My passion is radiating colour and creativity into our community. With my gaily-coloured bouquet-to-go, that you can pick up any time of the day or night from our shop, the changing design of the shop window to reflect the seasons, and the wide range of workshops on offer, I and my team try to conjure up as many jolly moments and inspiring impressions as possible among all the goings-on in the neighbourhood.
Do you have an insider tip from the neighbourhood for us?
Set out for a stroll with rays of sunshine warming your face at the Wielandplatz and then stop off at the Feigenbaum organic shop run by Nadja and her team – they serve the best Matcha latte. Then wander down the Wanderstrasse, buy some delicious cold meats at the Schulthess butcher’s shop and then have them turned into sandwiches with the delicious bread at the Meier bakery.
What would you like for your neighbourhood?
That the local people keep their openness, equanimity and friendly attitude, all things I really appreciate.
